Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)

Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) is a facility that cleans wastewater from homes, businesses, and industries to make it safe for reuse or release into the environment.

STPs use a series of processes to remove harmful substances from sewage, including: Primary treatment: Physical processes remove large solids and floating debris.

Secondary treatment: Biological and chemical processes remove dissolved and suspended organic matter. The treated water can be reused for irrigation or released into natural bodies of water.

STPs are used in Industries, Residential societies, Commercial complexes, Hospitals, Shopping malls etc.

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) are designed to treat industrial wastewater before it’s released into the environment. ETPs use physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove contaminants and produce a safe fluid waste stream and solid waste.

ETPs are used in many manufacturing industries, including: Chemicals, Drugs, Pharmaceuticals, Refineries, Dairy, Ready mix plants, and Textile etc.

AIR DIFFUSORS

Fine bubble diffusers produce a plethora of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a wastewater treatment plant or sewage treatment plant aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes. The most common types of Air Diffusers are Tube Type Fine Bubble Diffusers, Coarse Bubble Diffuser, Fine bubble Disc Diffuser.
